Jesus speaks of peace in the gospel reading on this Memorial Day weekend. We rightly and proudly honor those who have died in uniform, yet the greatest honor would be peace for all during our lifetimes. The Handbell Choir offers “Make Me a Channel of Your Peace,” and “Pageantry—Honor and Praise.” The hymns are (numbers from ELW): 800, 646, 804, and 890.
