Midweek Lenten Service March 17, 2021

March 17, 2021 in Worship

Our series on the Disciplines of Lent continues. We consider what it means to be gathered together around Word and Sacrament. The readings are Psalm 42:1-8 and Acts 2:37-47. Larry and Melissa Jones sing “King of My Heart” by John and Sarah McMillan. The refrain is:

“When the night is holding onto me, God is holding on. Let the King of my heart be the mountain where I run, the fountain I drink from, the shadow where I hide, The ransom for my life, the wind inside my sails, the anchor in the waves, the fire inside my veins, the echo of my days, Oh, He is my song.”
