Faith Through the Arts

In March 2012, Saint John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Nazareth, PA hosts their 5th religious arts show, Faith Through the Arts. Held during the Christian season of Lent, the festival will be based on the theme “Radiant Light.” As part of the month-long art exhibit, there will be a series of musical offerings, dramatic events, and special worship experiences, as well as an opening reception for exhibiting artists and sponsors. Gallery hours will primarily be on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the length of the festival. Artists are invited to submit works for inclusion in the juried exhibit.

May include paintings, photographs, prints, drawings, collage, fiber works, and sculptures.

Size
Should be no larger than 36” x 48”

Submission Process

• Up to 5 works may be submitted
• A slide, photo, or digital image with a title or brief description of the piece, should be sent to the Arts Festival Committee, St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 200 S. Broad Street, Nazareth PA  18064 no later than January 16, 2012.

• A panel of jurors will make the final selection of works to be included in the exhibit.  Notification of selected pieces will be made by February 6, 2012.
